The electric meters are located in your apartment, i.e. in the cupboard with your boiler. Water meters are located on the floors. Access to water meters is managed by Dana, Gordon and Rajan. If you'd like your reading, please contact them directly and they will show you the meters.
Yes, all tenants need to be present at the check- in. This is when we give out apartment keys and fobs. We also take you to an apartment where we take your electricity and water readings as well as show you how appliances, switches etc work.

You will be responsible for setting up your own council tax account and paying for your council tax. As per the Valuation Office Agency tenants will need to contact Hounslow Council (by email, phone or online) and let them know they have moved in. The council will then send in a request to the valuation office and then they will put the council tax band on.
